After a failed booking payment (travel to Bangkok) that week, and thinking that I may have to wait again for months to get a perfect month to travel Thailand leave me a feeling of sadness. My last travel was January of 2013 and my planned was to book a flight on January 2014.
This was the reason I invited my mom, my brother and his girlfriend to join me on my Thai food adventure. Just to lessen the feeling of regrets.
easy to read, appealing because of the photos
THAI BAGOONG RICE w/ Mango Salad P298 ($6.90)
price wise I’m not a fan, but it’s big enough for us four, pork was too sweet for me, egg to balance the saltiness and sweetness. We adore the mango salad.
PAD THAI special P199 ($4.60)
no idea about authenticity because I haven’t been to Thailand, but, the noodles were soft, level balance of taste, maybe 3 pieces of medium shrimps, add lots ofpeanuts for added crunch
SPRING CHICKEN (1/4) P139 ($3.25)
my grandmother cooked me a lot of chicken wings for the last 2 years, so I love her style. This chicken was soft tho, easy to munch, I was expecting more I guess having been reading a lot of good feedback from different blogs. Sorry!
THAI ICED COFFEE P79 ($1.85) & THA ICED TEA P79 ($1.85)
Price wise it’s 10-peso cheaper than Jatujak’s. It has a different taste, maybe because they put a lot of milk into it. Better ask for extra ice if it’s too sweet. My mom and my brother’s gf are both lactose intolerance so me & my brother shared it.
TOTAL: P794 ($18.38) sharedby 4
