The restaurant caters authentic Filipino Cuisines cooked in a traditional way and also serves seasonal Exotic dishes. It was featured in “Bizzare Foods with Andrew Zimmern” Show and had a small clip in an article by USA Today.

    1. I wish i could answer that but i had no chance to ask the restaurant. But i asked someone about it and she said one option is to put chicken oil in the rice. Filipino cuisine seldom use turmeric as spices.

      Weird taste for hantik but a different experience nonetheless. Usa is a little sweet, maybe because of the sauce.

      It’s good to try exotic food once in a while.
